By using the Plant Care Solutions website and purchasing our products you agree to the following terms. We've written these in plain English because we think that's how it should be — no confusing legal jargon, just straightforward and honest.

Who we are Plant Care Solutions is an Australian owned and operated business based in Perth, Western Australia. We sell eco-friendly indoor plant care products including our signature compostable sticky traps for fungus gnats and flying plant pests.
Using our website By accessing and using plantcaresolutions.com.au you agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage or disrupt the experience for other users.
Our content All content on this website including product descriptions, images, copy and branding belongs to Plant Care Solutions. Please don't reproduce or use our content without our permission — we've worked hard on it and we'd appreciate you reaching out first if you'd like to use anything.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Placing an order When you place an order through our website you're making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — if this happens you will of course receive a full refund.
Pricing All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time — but don't worry, once your order is confirmed the price you paid is the price you pay.
Payment We accept all major payment methods available through our Shopify checkout. All transactions are processed securely and we never store your payment details.
Out of stock items If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable after your purchase we'll contact you immediately to offer a full refund or an alternative solution.
SHIPPING
Delivery times We do our best to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes of 3–7 business days are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.
Shipping address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we're not able to redirect orders once they've been dispatched. If you notice a mistake reach out to us immediately at hello@plantcaresolutions.com.au and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or missing orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe please get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We're not liable for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our full returns and refunds policy is available on our Shipping & Returns page. In summary — if something arrives damaged or incorrect we'll always make it right. Change of mind returns are assessed on a case by case basis for unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt.
PRODUCT USE
Intended use Our sticky traps are designed for indoor plant pest control use as described on each product page. While our products are pet safe and non-toxic we recommend using them as directed and keeping them out of reach of very young children.
Results While we're confident in the effectiveness of our products, results may vary depending on the severity of your pest situation, placement of traps and environmental conditions. We always recommend using multiple traps for best results.
PRIVACY
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide when placing an order or signing up to our mailing list is used solely to process your order and communicate with you about Plant Care Solutions. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties. Our full privacy policy is available separately on our website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, product names, logos and content associated with Plant Care Solutions are our intellectual property. Unauthorised use of any of our branding or content is not permitted.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
