We know you're excited to get your hands on your new plant care essentials — here's everything you need to know about getting your order to you and what happens if something isn't quite right.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship? We ship all across Australia from our base in Perth, Western Australia. Whether you're in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or anywhere in between — we've got you covered.

How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is $6.00 AUD flat rate Australia wide. Spend over $60.00 and standard shipping is on us — free, automatically applied at checkout. No codes needed.

How long will my order take to arrive? We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. From there standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days depending on where you are in Australia. If you're in a hurry, express shipping is available at checkout for a little extra.

How will I know my order has been sent? The moment your order leaves our hands you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Do you ship internationally? We're Australia only for now — but watch this space as we grow! 🌿

What if my order is delayed? Once your order is with the carrier it's in their hands, but we'll always do our best to help. If something seems off with your tracking just reach out to us at hello@plantcaresolutions.com.au and we'll look into it for you.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your returns policy? We genuinely want every single customer to be happy with their purchase. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, please get in touch with us at hello@plantcaresolutions.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Do you accept change of mind returns? Because our products are adhesive based we're unable to accept change of mind returns on opened packs. If your order is unopened and unused please reach out within 14 days of receiving it and we'll do our best to find a solution for you.

What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged please email us at hello@plantcaresolutions.com.au with a photo of the damage and your order number and we'll get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible. We take this stuff seriously — nobody should receive a product they're not happy with.

How long do refunds take? If a refund is approved it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
